You can expect both traditional & cutting edge digital marketing of your property. Still photography, aerial drone photography, and videography as well as high quality printed & digital colour brochures. We will discuss Open Houses, online presence, and your unique preferences, and customize our marketing accordingly.
EXPOSURE
Your home will be listed on the Hamilton / Burlington, Oakville / Milton, Brampton Real Estate Board and Toronto Real Estate Board, with data sharing capabilities between all boards. What does that mean? Your home will be exposed to a wider audience of buyers than just the local real estate board. In addition, social media posts and advertisements will be used to target specific buyers and show your home to the widest audience. This has proven time and time again to be a winning combination.
